The Edizione Finale was a farewell run of the original Tamburini-designed F4, built on the 1078 RR 312 and sold in Japan. Only 30 were made, each with a numbered plaque, special badging and a quilted brown seat with red stitching. Mechanically it matches the RR 312 1078.
